My mother-in-law has tried opening an account on the LBNA website through two different email addresses, and both times it's told her that the info has been sent, but she never got it.
I know there were other emails to this effect on the list recently, but since the topic didn't affect me, I deleted them without reading (DOH!) Could someone recap the thread? Is it a glitch? What should she do? Help! She's got a box to post that I'm completely anxious to see so I can get the stamp! *grin*

I had the same problem when I tried to join. Just send an email to the webmaster (I think it's Wes!) and he will get back to you! He was very helpful!
